Re: NY & Company on Oprah
I like their stuff in theory. But every time I have tried things on, I have found them to be really thin and not great quality.

I find that the quality does not hold up after a few washings

Re: NY & Company on Oprah
i used to live in NY&Co clothes - I got 6 pr of pants for Christmas and ALL of the hems have fallen down, 1 zipper broke, and a seam shredded.
Their quality has really taken a turn for the worse. I'd much rather shop Ann Taylor outlet in Riverhead - better prices, incomparable quality.

I really don't find them to be all that inespensive. I saw jeans in there for $60, which is not cheap, IMO. I guess if you compare them to $300 designer jeans, but Gap jeans aren't much more than the NY&Co ones.
With that said...there was a time when everything i got was from them. Then they just didn't do it for me anymore. I just went in there yesterday after not going for a few years and they had some great stuff. So I guess they figured out that it really wasn't working for them and went back to how they used to be. What's good is that they have a lot of different fits. Now, whether people find the fit that's right for them is a different story.

NY & Co is always my first stop in the mall. The pants always fit just right.

i wear their pants for work, i love them! as far as quality, i have not had any problems with their quality of clothing. i never put anything in the dryer and they always wear very nice for me and last a long time.

Re: NY & Company on Oprah
I love their pants. Never had any issues and their jeans are currently my favorites now.
However, their shirts are not my favorite. I have a long torso, and even in a L or XL, they fit great at first, but after one washing, they are like half-shirts on me.
