DOes anyone use Geico for auto insurance???
I am most likely switching...just wanted to know if anyone had them and what their experiences were...TIA

I use them. They were much cheaper for me when I first got my car. The thing is, you don't build a relationship with anyone like at statefarm or allstate. If you get into an accident, you can't walk in to the office, its all over the phone. My mom is an insurance agent for a state farm so she reviews my policy to make sure I have the right coverage, and when I got into my accident, she took care of it b/c she knew what to say and how to say it.

I currently have allstate and hate them! I am thinking of switching to Geico since my friend has them and loves them.

I just switched to them this week. They finally came to New Jersey and we are saving over $1000. I was amazed how much cheaper they were for the exact same coverage.
The customer service so far has been great, although it's only been for setting it up and paperwork, etc., not an actual accident or anything.

Everyone talks about how allstate is cheaper Well my Hubby has Progresive (which people say is more expensive) and its cheaper. My mother and father have allstate for their homeowners they had a leak in Dec. And have gotten half of what they need to fix what was ruined. DON'T Do allstate.

I have Geico and love them!!! They give me the cheapest rate and have great customer service. I have had nothing but great experiences with them!

I just switched to Geico a few months ago, so I haven't had any real interactions with them, but I"m saving a TON of money. DH has used them for years and loves them.

Love them!! They have been fabulous with us.
I accidently hit our friends truck, and damaged 5 lawn lights. Geico got my friends truck fixed within 2 weeks, paid for the new lawn lights and supplied my friend with a rental car.

I don't use them, but just got rear ended by someone who does.
They were great, they paid for all repairs, no hard time at all.

We do and I'm so glad.
We were in an accident last fall, TOTALLY our fault, we were the only car involved. Geico fixed our car and LOWERED our premiums (before we moved to Delaware, they didn't even know we were moving).
Allstate, on the other hand, dropped my family after my mom was rear ended. My Mom has never had a ticket. They said it was because we'd had too many accidents. Really it was just that and this tiny tiny tiny fender bender I'd been in (I was 16) in a parking lot at 5 mph.
Nothing nice to say about Allstate, lots of nice things to say about Geico.
