i hear ya... my annual reviews are coming up and i gotta get moving!
my district uses IEP direct... it's awesome! does your school have that? it's all done on the computer... and just about 99% of my goals are already on there, so all i do is click!

Re: IEPs
we have two re-evals that we are in the process of waiting for psych the get their reults back...and we just got a new student, who the old school just had a meeting for, and knowing he was coming to a different program, they didn't adjust any of his goals....so now we have to retest him and write new goals for him, b/c his old ones do not pertain to anything we do in our program (he was at a signing school, we are an oral program)

Re: IEPs
ugh! me too! i'm a speech therapist at a school, and right now i have 2 re-evals that i'm doing ( involve about 2-3 hours of testing per kid), plus like 3 or 4 ARs that are due soon... PLUS i just got done doing a bunch of ARs last week. all this in addition to taking in a new student who just moved into our district that apparently can't make any consonant sounds i NEED this week off next week!

Re: IEPs
I do my AR throughout the year. I guess I am lucky they are not clumped all together at one time. I have an AR tomorrow...

ours are wrap around, and happen at different times of the year, so they are more spread out than in other districts. but it still just seems like when it rains, it pours with some all being due around the same time!

Re: IEPs
I've had ARs all year. What totally su cks the big one is the kids who are going to their home schools next year (we have 2 self contained classes as well as an Early Childhood Intervention class), so even though their triennials aren't until next school year (late fall, early winter for example) BEST PRACTICE states we have to do the re-evals in the spring.
It suc ks because I really feel like some of my babies in ECI could benefit from the extra 9 months of maturity before they should be tested.

thats just the term they use in my district for when they happen throughout the year. so like if they kid has his classification IEP in november those goals, etc are good until the following november. we don't have another meeting at the end of the school year.... basically sounds like the same thing you're district does.
