DC3 Deli and Garden Gourmet are both good and do catering. I think they both have menus online.

My DH plays basketball with the owner and he always does a nice job on my office breakfasts/lunches.
Feel free to mention that if you use them!!

Coliseum Deli in Uniondale is AWESOME. They catered DS' baptism and we loved it and would use them again.

I second Ivarone Brothers even though they are not in the locations you mentioned they are close by. Also, Bristo in Garden City is very good

cardinalli on wstby ave actually does a great job , weve used them alot, their panini sandiwchs are the best
