sorry I haven't responded 'til now...
The SELF Challenge is a 3 month challenge to reshape your body and lifestyle. Periodically you will get updates and tips on working out, eating, staying motivated....the plan becomes increasingly more challenging as the months go by. It's relatively easy to stick to, but just thought that if a group of us started the plan we could keep each other motivated.
