it will fluctuate, you just take your temp when you wake up...and note the time.

BBT can definitely fluctuate from day to day. Have you tried using a site like Fertility Friend? When I was doing BBT, I signed up on Fertility Friend and did a mini online course. It was really very helpful and I learned a lot.

I am looking into Fertility friend and Mymonthlycycles. I would use the strips, but I really want to know what my body is doing, and from what I have read, temping is the best way to get to know your body, along with tracking CM and cervical position.
ETS: I think mymonthlycycles is free as opposed to fertility friend.
