I haven't eaten at taco bell for years, but I had heard about this in my meetings.
Just for comparision though, I used the WW calculator to see the points value of the regular taco and the bean burrito, there is only a 1 point difference between the fresco and the regular. Sometimes I do crave a yummy bean burrito, and I whip them up at home in no time. I can have two of them for 1 point more than the regular taco bell bean burrito.

I love the fresco style crunchy tacos at Taco Bell- 2 for 6.5 points. They replace all of the cheese, sour cream and or special sauce with something like a pico de gallo. This decreases the points anywhere from one to two points depending on what is on the item originally. They have been doing this for a long time now, where you can order products "fresco style." I just don't think many people realized they could do it.
