Capitalization question..

Capitalization question..
When writing about gifted and talented and inclusion students (say, in a resume or referring to them in a letter), do you capitalize them as you would English Language Learners? Thanks!!

I am almost 100% that you do not capitalize those words. Unless you are Gifted and Talented Certified or if you are referring to yourself as an Inclusion Teacher, than you would write it as I just did.
Otherwise, I do not think you use capital letters.
