Hello! New to Diet and Fitness!
Hello! I'm Jeri, I'm usually over on TTC or Parenting. My TTC isn't going as fast as planned and I thought that eating better and working out a little might help in my efforts... and it wouldn't hurt to drop my weight a little before getting big again.
I had my DD in December 2006 and lost the baby weight, but now that my weight is distributed differently, my pre-preggo jeans still don't fit. The day I went into have my DD I weighed 250lbs. Now I'm between 205 and 210.
I saw someone post about the SELF Challenge. I get the magazine and I signed up for it online. I figure if I get PG, I'll just stop early.
Hope to be losing weight and getting healthy with you ladies!!!

I am starting to follow the Self Challenge too! I am in a similar situation, I want to start TTC so I quit smoking. And then gained 15 pounds, to an already existing 25 that I needed to lose! Good luck!
