Cheeseburgers
What do you put in your meat when making cheeseburgers? I usually do a little Lipton Onion soup dry mix and Worschester sauce. DH likes them, but I want to try something new.

Re: Cheeseburgers
I put a little Montreal seasoning in them....makes them very moist. I put this seasoning on steaks and everyone raves about them!!
I buy it at Costco but Im sure you can find it in the supermarket

Re: Cheeseburgers
I toast thin slices of garlic and shallots in olive oil and then mix it into my meat.

Re: Cheeseburgers
crushed cool ranch doritos instead of bread crumbs with cheddar cheese.
or, we do chopped mushrooms, onions, and some bread crumbs, then put jarlsberg or swiss on top.
yummmmm!

Re: Cheeseburgers
Usually nothing but really lean chop meat. I know, we're boring, but DH doesn't like onion or garlic IN it. Sometimes, when I feel daring, I'll put BBQ sauce in the mix.
