what do you think of this..I'm tossed?

i went for an interview today and long story short, it turned into a phone interview for reasons i won't go into. over the phone, my potential boss explains the position to me - it's the most senior level position i've ever been considered for - and its working right alongside her, with me as the second most senior person there. then she gets on the phone w/one of the AEs there and asks them to talk to me more and show me around. so when i was talking to the girl, i asked her what she thought the biggest challenges at the agency are and she said that the owner micromanages them and that communication is not good. now this is a pr agency, so communication is key!!!! but she also said that this is why the owner is looking to hire - this person would be the liason between the owner and the AEs. Even so, I'm concerned about the answer she gave. I dont' think she was thinking when she said it, but i'm glad she was honest. i'm really tossed on this place now. i'm having a second interview on tuesday and figured there's no harm in that. what do u think?

Honestly, I would continue on with the interview process.

It has been my experience that you often have to take what others say about their job experience with a grain of salt.

The woman whose job I took over in January bad-mouthed the place like crazy. I haven't found my new company to be anything like she had described.

I think the problem was probably more her, than the company. In fact, they have been nothing but welcoming and supportive to me, and there have been very few days that I actually have had to work overtime. She told my former boss that she was there past 8PM every night.
