Shark Recipes...
...I just picked some up at the supermarket and dont know what to do with it...
Im thinking of grilling on the BBQ????
Anyone have any recipes?

Found it at ShopRite...at $4.99/lb It was AWESOME. Very meaty!!!
Here is how I cooked it...
I marinated it in a mixture of Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Minced Garlic, Parsley, Oregano, Salt, Pepper, and Dill for 1 hour. Then Grilled on the BBQ...It came out amazing!!!!!

I love it marinated in soy sauce, a little oil, chopped green onions, chopped garlic and some pepper
