I want to go away in April so bad....

But everything is sooooo .

While I know I cant complain about how much vacation we get, and the summer "off" (not really cause we all work during the summer)

sometimes I would love to plan a nice, cheap vacation not connected to a holiday.

I think I actually dream about the day when we will be retired (sooo far away ) and be able to go away in September more than I dream about my summers off now. I feel your pain... Vacations are great, but having to go away when every kid in the world is on vacation isn't so easy ... or cheap, like you said.

I really wanna go away as well. My family may be going to Florida so I may try to go down a few days with them.
