Here is the link to packages at the place I went to, it was not covered by ins., the girls that were there getting them done were getting them for special occassions ie:xmas, anniversaries birthdays.

4D Packages

The site will tell you all you need to know. I recommend it highly if you can swing the extra money.

I think the standard package is enough...i htought it would be more than that!

Took us about an hour and 20 mins from Holbrook. DH made a shortcut through the city. It's right outside Manhattan in NJ. Its one of those things that are priceless to me so for $200 I'd rather have this than diamonds or a fancy anniversary dinner.

I went into NYC for mine (to a Doctor).
