I feel so sick
For the past couple of days I have not been feeling well....My stomach hurts, my throat hurts, Im stuffed up, I have a drip.....ugh.
What remedies work for you??
I have been drinking Tea, Juice, water, and taking Mucinex Dm. I didnt know if I can take anything else with the Mucinex so I have been suffering...My throat is killing me.

Just a note..be careful with the Mucinex..once my wonder drug, sent my stomach into a tailspin...don't even get me started, I've been sick for over 2 weeks now!! Feel better!
Also..if you don't get better soon, go to the Dr. I was resistant, too, and now wondering...

....I dont have insurance right now so I cant go to the doctor. I just picked up dayquil and Nyquil. My throat feels a little better now, but Im sure tonight it will be worse again...Always at night. I am all achy......

Ok, gotcha..take care of yourself, rest, and the Nyquil does work wonders at night! Feel better, make sure you drink and all that good stuff!

theyd didn't extend your benefits for a month? So sorry to hear this.
Get a cool mist humidifier. It will really help you sleep. Stay on a bland diet for your belly.

We have a humidifier. Nope my benefits ended on the 25th. Danielle is adding me to her policy....

I'm going through the same thing right now.
Here is what has been helping me:
Tylenol Multi-Sympton Cold (syrup)
- daytime (take every 4hrs)
- nightime (lasts 4-6 hrs)
At bed time, I add some of that vicks vapor rub to my chest area and around my nose to clear my nasal passages, so I can breathe.
Lastly, if coughing persists, or your throat continues to hurt, take Chloraseptic lozenges (powerful cough drops for sore throat plus cough or you can get the ones for just sore throat).
And during the day, drink lots of water and rest!
All this medicine cost me about $15 at walmart over the weekend.

Thanks I have chloroseptic drops. I just made chicken broth for lunch and I have been drinking juice....
