anyone go to a pilates studio?
i'm thinking about going to a pilates studio instead of my gym (which is very difficult for me to get to due to location vs. the studio which is around the corner from my house.) Does anyone go only to a pilates studio? what do you think? are you happy with the results?

I dont but would love the infor because I would rather go to a pilates studio also there is on in NY Pilates on 5th or 7th (i think).

I go to a gym that specializes in pilates. I love it. I especially love the reformer class. I have seen results. My posture has improved, I am more aware of my body, I have toned up and my clothes fit better. I also do the elliptical for 20-30 mins after a class.
