Thanks some days I am so good with the water, the others not so much. Also just quit smoking and I read somewhere that you can gain weight even if you do not eat more.
I will def keep up!!!

If you're working out a lot, make sure you are eating enough. Also you might be gaining muscle which weighs more that fat. Try measuring yourself to see if you lost inches.

Put the scale away and try on the same pair of jeans each week - you will feel much better seeing those jeans make their way up your hot bod each week!
