Some of the girls on here say their docs. tell them 2-3 AFs to see what their body is gonna do and others say its ok after first AF.

It depends. If you m/c'd naturally, you can try right away, some people got BFP's before getting AF. If you had a d&c, most doctors recommend waiting at least 2 cycles, to make sure your uterine lining heals so that it can hold another baby. Other doctors say to wait only for one AF. I was told to wait 2 months after my natural m/c, but he also told me if I did conceive it would not be the end of the world. I asked about medical reasons, he said there aren't solid medical reasons to wait, but it makes it easier to date the pregnancy, at least that's my case.
I conceived about 3 weeks after my m/c without AF, and here i sit 19 weeks pg, getting fat and happy

I was told 3 months, but more for dealing with the loss than physically being able to handle the pregnancy
