Just started a 20 min power sculpt video...how many times/week??
I am doing a biggest loser power sculpt video...it's only 20 minutes long but I was sweating!!
Do you think 3x week with 3x week cardio sounds right to achieve results? I need to tone!

yes, but make sure you do the cardio also. good luck!!

Yeah...I head to the gym at 5pm when DH gets home..I've been going 4x/week but will cut that to 3x/week and work in the 20 minute sculpting too...I hope I can do it! Thanks!

Actually its on my on-demand comcast program...but it expires in April so I'll be ordering the DVD on amazon..I found it when i googled "biggest loser power sculpt".
