Hi Irene,
This doesn't completely answer the ?, but I just bought some of the Turbo Jam DVDs. I am going to start them tormorrow. They are a combination of Areorbics and kickboxing and are supposed to be really great.

I enjoy Turbo Jam. I like Kick Punch and Jam the best...though the high intensity part is too short for me. So I mix that up with Cardio Party.
Cathe Friedrich's Kick Punch and Crunch is great too...but it's VERY jumpy so it can be very hard on the knees. It's more aerobics than kickboxing for much of the workout...then in the end she has great kickboxing combos. I usually do the combos mixed with Turbo Jam.
Good luck. Kickboxing is my FAVE cardio.
