I want to make a really delicious dinner tonight
Any suggestions? I know the topic is so broad but as long as it does not involve cheese or any dairy products, I'm game. TIA!!

Re: I want to make a really delicious dinner tonight
do you just want something really yummy, or something kind of fancy?
off the top of my head...things that sounds yummy....and somewhat easy...
fried shrimp, asparagus and baked potatoes (or baked sweet potatoes)-you can get the pre-breaded frozen shrimp at either costco or bj's and just fry them.....
chicken cutlets with stuffing, greens beans and cranberry sauce. (or mashed potatoes instead of stuffing)
goulash with egg noodles and biscuits (knorr goulash mix only takes an hour to make)
do you have time to make a roast beef? with mashed potatoes, and gravy, broccoli and biscuits..
I love anything that I can have biscuits with :)
or steaks (or london broil, or filet, or flank steak) with penne alla vodka...(in a pinch, Victoria's vodka sauce is really good)....
hope this helps....

Re: I want to make a really delicious dinner tonight
thanks for all the suggestions. Yummy or fancy works for me. FH treated me to a massage today so I wanted to thank him by making him a really special dinner. How do you make london broil? It sounds really good but I've never made it
