it happened at my Dad's house- and you have to call a pest remover
it's $$$$$ they came to our house the day after thanksgiving-

What about pest control? Maybe they can catch and release? Something like this happened in our house YEARS ago and I can't remember what we did for the life of me.

where do you live? what about calling a chimney service? My uncle's owns his own chimney company but mainly works in the hamptons I think... but maybe someone like that...

DH had a squirrel stuck in his chimney a few years ago and he opened the flue and he got out and was running around the living room like a crazed nut, he finally got him to go out the front door.
