They had it on the mike and juliet show and they basically outed kimkins as a fraud.... very dangerous diet

Pretty much.
Heidi "Kimmie" Diaz scammed a lot of people. I used to post on Low Carb Friends before she left or was banned - she said you don't need to drink water, excercise was unnecessary, and you should basically feel nautious if you are following the plan correctly. She didn't maintain her losses, if she ever did lose the weight she said she did, and used fake pictures on her website.
