Re: Hydroxycut Hardcore
I wouldn't suggest using fat burners...
You're a thin girl... You can lose the weight easily in a healthier way... To be honest, you don't look like you need to LOSE weight. I understand you might have gained some pounds after the wedding, so maybe what you need is to tone up.
But I don't recommend fat burners...

Re: Hydroxycut Hardcore
The key to losing body fat is reducing calorie intake and engaging in regular aerobic activity. The key to revving up your metabolism is to eat at frequent intervals throughout the day (not starve yourself) and to do resistance training to build muscle. Muscle burns more calories at rest, thus boosting your metabolic rate slightly.
Most fat burners cause anxiety, nausea... they are just unnatural (to me)
You don't have a lot of weight to lose (I'm not sure if you have ANY...) I just think especially with smaller framed people, the herbs (and chemicals?) in fat burners is no bueno...
I know for me, who has always been a thin person, the fat burners always made me sick and unhealthy.
Just please be careful.

honestly... you look great. you only need to up your cardio to tone yourself up the way you want...
stay away from the 'short cuts' b/c in the long run, they only harm you.

Again- Thank you!! Tara (babygirl) and I just started workinh out together so hopefully that will help me tone up!! I was just getting really frustrated...I never ever had to watch my weight and all of a sudden its become a problem (I know- I'm gettting old). I've been working out for about a month now and with no results I thought I'd try a shortcut!

Just give it some time.. I understand where you are coming from b/c I was UNDERweight all my life, never had to worry about what I was eating etc etc.
even AFTER I had my son, I was still thin and in shape.
once 30 hit... i had to all of a sudden watch what I ate... THAT'S the hard part,, when you spent all of your life eating whatever you wanted and then you suddenly had to change your eating habits.
once you start to see results, it'll fuel you for more.
it's addicting.
