Holy crap, W T H is that rash?? - UPDATE

I get up this morning, stumble around to get the kids fed. Drink some OJ, look down when I feel something itch on my wrist to see little red bumps, barely raised if at all, covering my entire forearm. I look its on both arms, my legs, back and from what I can see my stomach. Thoughts?

ETA: nothing is different, no new soaps foods etc

Sounds like an allergic reaction to something.

Yeah I would think its an allergic reaction.

Eat anything different?

Or, could be a rash from untreated Strep.

Ive been retracing my steps. yesterday I put out boric acid to get rid of ants, didnt touch it and washed my hands as soon as I was done. Was in a room with DH grinding metal with rustolium on it for about 45 minutes. I wasn't right next to it but I know I inhaled some of it. I had steak and spinach for dinner. I dont take any meds. I had a headache since friday night and a slight sore throat but nothing bad. both of which are gone. No new soaps, nothing.

I go to the doc at 11...

its viral. Doc said he saw 7 adults in the past 3 days with it!! Told me to take Benedryl and it will go away in a few days. I ditched the kids with my mom and now I am going to nap
