NutriSystem??
Is anyone or has anyone done this?? I'm thinking about it but I'm unsure if it's worth the money. My dad has actually doing it and he's lost about 35-40lbs but men lose it faster than women. Just curious how other people have done with it.

My dh did it for a bit and lost about 20 pounds
He said it wasn't too bad (was not his first time), but I don't think I could eat that food...everything is so processed...you cook your burger in hot water

I did and lost about 15 lbs. The food wasn't the best and I got bored of it very quickly.

I tried this. I started to lose but I could not stay on the plan. IMO the food was just gross. Lost of foods are drowned in a sauce.

I've tried it twice but the food is really awful. I ended up sending soooo much back the first time.
Then the second time I was like, okay, just order the FEW things you liked but ended up sending it backe when I realized all I really likes was pizza and mac & cheese!!! And all the food is soooo full of sodium and chemicals.
Plus you need to keep in mind you need to add your own veggies and fruits to make up the "diet".
