LI Sleep Clinics...
Does anyone know of any? I have terrible sleeping issues...trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. It is increased with stress (it feels like I am always stressed  ) I am sick of taking sleeping pills and they don't always work...
Suggestions would be great, thanks.

DH was refered to two different sleep clinics by his general practitioner. Just start at the beginning and I hope it becomes better!

There's one in Rockville Centre. It's through Sunrise Medical.
The lead doctor in the practice is Dr. Naghavi - his # is 516.536.5765
Naghavi is our PCP and he is phenomenal. We also see Joe, the PA and he is so fantastic, I can't even begin to tell you.
