its yummy the vanilla flavor
it helped with digestion to help be more "regular" but it wasnt a miracle worker lol

i like the vanilla, mixed fruit and blueberry and i'm not a big yogurt eater
and i agree with pp it does help a little but not a miracle worker

I had the mixed berry...found it to be rather sweet...normally I only eat lowfat yogurt...didn't feel like it did much of anything.

I eat the light vanilla..tastes good..and it def helps! but you must eat it every day..I find when I skip the weekends I get all out of wack again! TMI probably!
