What will I see at my sono?
The first day of my last period was Feb 29 which would make me 5 weeks and 5 days according to the pregnancy wheel...
but I'm pretty sure I conceived on March 23rd which would probably set me back to only 4 weeks 3 days
I have an ultrasound tomorrow am, will I see anything? Please let me know the earliest you've seen something..

Theres been a mix on here. Some girls have seen just the sac, others have seen the heartbeat. Its hard to tell, everyone is different.

at 5.5 weeks I saw a sac. at 7 weeks, I saw a little bean.

I had my first sono at 5w5d and all we saw was the sac. It looked like practically nothing. At 6w5d we saw the little peanut and his/her HB. Congrats and good luck!!!

I went at exactly 5 weeks and saw nothing! I went back 4 days later and saw just a sac. 2 weeks later saw baby and HB.

My first sono wasn't until 8 weeks. At that point we were able to hear/see the heartbeat and see the baby.
Everyone is different since it all really varies on conception date, not last menstrual cycle.

At 7 weeks I saw the sac & a small bean. Most docs wont even give you a sonogram until you are at least 8-9 weeks.

my avatar pic is my first sono at 5 weeks and 1 day yesterday at 6 weeks and 1 day I saw the yolk sac and the little tadpole and heard the heartbeat is was hard to see the heart beat but should be more prevalent next week when I go back for another sono

my first sono was at 6W and we saw the sac and a little bean.. with a flutter of a heartbeat.

I had an internal sono and saw the sac, little bean and the hb!!
