Percolators
Anyone ever use a percolator? If so, what's the difference in taste?

I find it deeper/richer. I also like not having to buy the filters lke you do with the drip kind.

Thanks, I actually bought one last night and tried it this morning. I loved it, the coffee was very rich.

The flavor's better, and I find the coffee stays hotter. I don't think I'll ever go back to a Mr. Coffee type machine. Enjoy it!

I use one every morning but I add a filter to it. I can't stand how messy it got inside of there.

I do, its an old stovetop corningware-makes the BEST coffee-you just cant compare to a drip....plus I love the way it makes the entire house smell like coffee!

I use a filter with my perk pot....I cant stand when the grinds get into my coffee!!
