New Here!
Well I have been a lurker on here for a while but I wanted to share my story. I have been ttc for a year now. I am 29 and my gyno told me to see a Re at 8 months because I was doing everything the right way.Always had a 27 day cycle and did it at the right times!He says he doesn't like women to wait this long anymore b/c so many issues now days. Anyhow I went to the Re he did blood work (found I had a slight thyroid issue)said it might be throwing my hormones off so now take synthroid, did sonogram saw nothing waited a few months he said for thyroid to get regulated-nothing-did hsg-all clear,said next step was a lapo to get in and see what may be going on. Just did that today and he found moderate endometriosis. How crazy. Nothing every showed up on sono or gyno visit. He said since we caught it now should be able to get preggers on my own. Keeping fingers crossed, I just wanted to tell you guys if you are getting frustrated see your MD. Everyone said I was crazy for doing the lapo already that I needed to try longer. I even tried to postpone it . Thank God my doc said he wanted to rule out all possibilities. Good luck to all of you!!
