Finally a good weigh in!
Well, tomorrow is my weigh in actually (I just do it at home) but I weighed myself today and was pleasantly surprised. It actually motivated me to eat well today so that I have a good official weigh in tomorrow! 
Okay, just wanted to share, because I've been away from the diet and fitness board for a while.
