Where can I buy **Sour Salt**?
We're going to see MIL in Tampa next weekend and she asked for bagels, bialys and "sour salt". WTH!? 
Google says it's available online, but I don't have the time. Has anyone seen it locally?
Does anyone even know what it is?

aka as Citric acid
Also known as 'sour salt'. Citric acid is a natural acidic ingredient found in all citrus fruits and is used primarily in sausage making, or canning to keep fruits from discoloring. Tip: Try adding some to your dishwasher to take the soap scum off your glasses. Also used to make phosphate drinks in the old soda fountains.
I "think" you can get it at a natural foods market....try Whole Foods I be they have it in their bulk food section.

Hmmm, so I could just add some lemon to regular salt?
I'll give Whole Foods a call. My mom mentioned I may be able to get it at a Kosher food store, so I'm on the hunt!
