is hard!!!
i took this class 2 weeks in a row now....last week-so hard! this week-not as hard-but still 
i like a wholeeee lot better than that damn elliptical

i used to love step aerobics, made such a difference! where do you take the class? i'd love to take one, but don't want to join a gym.
