Has Anyone Made Their Own Pasta?
How do you do it? I have a pasta 'machine', but I haven't used it yet.
Anyone have any tricks??

YES!!!!! It took me FOREVER to make ravioli! I averaged it out. 6 minutes per ravioli times 19 ravioli (none broke  ) equaled 114 minutes, so just under 2 hours. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I've made it and it takes forever. I couldn't get my machine to make it thin so I just wound up rolling it by hand. I made mushroom ravioli. It was great, but very time consuming.

I want to make it by hand. I have a contraption that rolls the pasta to the right thickness, 'machine' was the wrong word for me to use
