Can everyone also post how they did it? And how long it took?
I was VERY heavy all my life, I did well and lost 85 lbs and was in a size 6...Im now VERY heavy, heaviest ever....almost 90 lbs heavier and am soo sad about it.

Donna, to answer your question I have had the best and most success on ww. I've decided I am no longer going to say how long it has taken me because honestly this has been a life long struggle for me and my success is not only a reflection of my achievments but also my failures if that makes any sense.
As much as I HATE my before pics I post them because I want people at any size to know that they can do whatever they set their minds to. It just takes a bit of time, planning and patience.

Wow, you all look great. Kristin are you doing Weight Watchers too?
I actually didn't follow a specific diet plan. I just ate a lot of small/healthier meals and started exercising regularly. It definitely wasn't easy.
