DH has a work event in Palm Springs and I'm going to tag along for a long weekend.

Anyone been? Any hotel, restaurant, spa recommendations? Anything else you'd recommend doing or seeing there?

DH's conference is at the JW Marriott, but he'd rather stay at the La Quinta Resort over the weekend. Reviews I read on both hotels weren't as good as I expected.
