Recommend your multivitamin
The one I'm taking makes me nauseous and sometimes I throw up from it. What do you take?

do you take it on an empty stomache? I found that a multi that had more iron, taken on an empty stomach made me feel sick

I agree! Taking the vitamin with food helps a lot (if you're not already).
I take Viactiv. I have a pretty sensitive stomach and most vitamins were making me naseous, even taken with food. Viactiv doesn't make me naseous, but I still take it only with food, though.
