Cooking with Pignoli Nuts & Sun Dried Tomatos
I am making a pasta dish on Friday night that is basically grilled chicken with garlic, oil, and fresh spinach. I would like to add pinolli nuts and sun dried tomatos. I haven't cooked with these before. Should I just add the sun dried tomatos in at the end? Should I toast the nuts?
Any suggestions??? Thanks!!!
Etd to change my butchering of the spelling of Pignoli.

Yes, toast the pignoli nuts. I would sautée the sundried tomatoes (sliced up) with the garlic and spinach. Toss in the nuts at the end.
