Re: lifetime goal at WW
Your lifetime goal does not have to be a specific percentage of your starting weight. I think you are thinking of 10%. It's two different things. When you lose 10% of your starting weight, you earn a keychain because of the health benefits of losing 10% Your lifetime goal is a weight that you and your leader choose. It has to be within the recommended weight guidelines for your height. Other than that, you can choose your goal weight. Once you reach your goal weight and maintain it for 6 weeks you become a lifetime member of weight watchers. HTH!
