internet business
i was wondering if anyone knew how to start an internet business? what are the steps necessary? i make handmade jewelry and would like to sell it on the internet.....i also make other 'party' things like centerpieces, gift baskets, and favors, etc......i love doing this and would love to start a small business nothing crazy though.....how do i get started--what do i need to know about creating a website, where do i make this website, what about taxes??? any help would be greatly appreciated!!!TIA!

I would start out selling it on ebay and create a small and simple site for yourself on your own (It doesn't cost much to do). See how receptive people are and if you get a good reception, then put money into forming a corp., make your site more functional, etc.

I started a blog(free) and handed out business cards to all family and friends. I'm also advertising on this site and I have been getting a good amount of business. I also registered my business name w/ the county and got a tax id.
