Assessment stress
How do you guys deal with it? Mine is coming soon and I am feeling very anxious about it....

Assessment of you as a teacher or of the students (testing, etc.)
If it's of you, i wouldn't worry too much. you should have been obvserved a few times already formally with a written review and meeting. if it's an end of the year meeting, it will probably be just a summary of the observations and other things like committees or projects you participated in this year. i wouldn't be too worried because if you have a good prinicpal, you should have a good idea of what's coming.
