Marriage...house......
At what point after you "settled in" did you start feeling comfortable (financially & otherwise) to start decorating & adding nice funiture and updating, etc?
ps: This sounds stupid, but I'm nervous/scared about living alone - sometimes being home alone
 LOL completely new house ...new sounds ahhh

We are going slow with decorating....I hate spending money- it makes me anxious- right now i'd rather save for a baby!
