I haven't rented a house but my girlfriend's family rents out their house usually for July..
FM me if you need info. I'm sure she has it. They get their tenants through a real estate agent usually.

I know my brother just rented a house with his friends for the summer I think the cost was $19,000 plus they pay all expenses while they are there, cleaning, pool, utilities
