Re: BKFST Ideas
I usually have cereal or a WW muffin. Both are 3 points. For cereal I usually have 1 cup cheerios and .5 cup skim plus milk

ww yogurt or 60 calorie dannon with a 1/2 cup of fiber one and a fruit. so a total of 2 or 3 points. yogurt and fiber 1 = 1 point and orange is 1 pt or banana is 2 pts.

All of the breakfast's I suggested are 3 points...or less. No carbs at all? That does not leave much to eat I think then your best bet is plain, ff greek yogurt (or any plain yogurt) with fruit, cottage cheese, stuff like that.

Re: BKFST Ideas
Here is a great WW breakfast:
Eggo NutriGrain Low Fat Waffles (1 point per waffle)
Maple Grove Farms Sugar Free Maple Syrup (NO points for 1/4 cup)
This syrup is AMAZING! I am telling you...you won't believe it's no points!

Re: BKFST Ideas
I have some low fat yogurt or a crumpet (if I am bad I put real butter on it). Sometimes I have a rice cake with some almond butter on it.
