Are there any type of gel-cap ones?
Or any that are on the smaller side?

PureGels makes a soft gel (available thru drugstore.com or amazon). They're wonderful.

I use OneSource Prenatals. Got them at WalMart. They are no geltabs but they are tiny. You have to take 2 though.
