yeah i was thinking that too.. i told DH ours says GIRL for this month and he was like DAMNIT, we're waiting til august then... he wants a boy really bad... haha.. i want another girl 1st... lets see him wait til august.. bahahahaha. besides, i am hoping we wont even need to try again next cycle.

all you do is put your birthdate in and click either boy or girl.... then on the next page it tells you what month to BD for whichever gender you chose.

the numbering at the top...
this is what it says for a boy:
The planner indicates if you conceive the baby at mother's Virtual Lunar Age 34 and in the coming Lunar November, starting from Western calendar Friday, November 28, 2008, ending on Friday, December 26, 2008, the baby will be a boy. See the chart below.
this is what is says for a girl:
The planner indicates if you conceive the baby at mother's Virtual Lunar Age 34 and in the coming Lunar May, starting from Western calendar Wednesday, June 04, 2008, ending on Wednesday, July 02, 2008, the baby will be a girl. See the chart below.
basically - what happens between july and november? i have a monkey?

Yes - i looked at the calendar and the dates go way past the normal 30 day calendar....which is why i'm confused..

So if you want to have a boy, you need to conceive in November. The number 34 is your chinese lunar age.
Does that make more sense?

OOOOOOOoooooooooooooooo - i got it now. Thank you - i really do appreciate it!!! I couldn't figure out what the 34 was - i thought it was some different type of calendar....
