How did you announce??

How will you tell or did you tell your mom she was gonna be a grandma??

I wanna do something special for her, but I cant think of anything unique..

I also wanted my sister and brother to open something at the same time but I couldnt find anything for them either...

Any suggestions???

I wrapped up "I love Grandpa" and "I love Grandma" bibs and a Grandma brag book all together and will have my parents open in Christmas Eve. I'll tell my bro and sis they have to watch mom and dad open this bc it's kinda for everyone. They had aunt and uncle bib's too at babies rus but I wanted the focus on one person so mom finds out first and everyone else will catch on once she starts bawling :)

With Sarah I gave my mom a "I Love Grandma" bib that had a note attached that said "See on you on February 24th! Love, Baby Xxxxx" The same for DHs parents. Everyone else we told over the phone.

With this one I just told her over the phone, she was going through a really bad situation and I knew it would cheer her up. But we told the rest of the family on Thanksgiving with Sarah wearing a t-shirt that said "I'm going to be a big sister!"

for my mom i bought the bib that says "i love my grandma" and wrote her a whole long card- that she doesn't remember reading when we first gave it to her, she had to reread it the next day. for my dad i told him i wanted to show him some pictures and gave him pics of the first sonogram.......
it was very cool bc i told my mom on the same day that she had told my grandparents that she was due with me- i didn't even know it until she told us that day!! coincidence???

We gave them a pink and blue carnation and a card from baby that says see you in feb, I wanted to do the bib thing, but the baby will call mil nona and fil papa, and I couldn't wait to tell them to get bibs made...

We didn't do anything special, we didn't tell them right away with the second pg, since we conceived right after the m/c. My mom had a feeling I was pg when we told them. DH and I didn't want to make a big deal out of it since we just suffered a loss. We only told our parents/siblings.

They were delighted though!! They are getting a great pink surprise this xmas though!!

Well we told everyone right when I broke my ankles so I showed a picture of the sonogram and said it was an X-ray of my ankle.

My friends were like "I don't know, I would say your ankle looks like a baby" and they still didn't get it Finally I had to be like "IT IS A BABY!"

This is my inlaws first so we wrapped up the sonogram picture and gave it to my MIL as an early birthday present....she was gushing.

My parents I just told...this is there 8th grandchild and they were super excited too
