2nd interview

I have a 2nd interview at a high school this week. What are they going to ask me? What should I be prepared for? She said I did not need a demo lesson, but do you think I should have one prepared anyway?

I've been on some interviews where they have have the first as an initial screening interview and the 2nd as a panel interview with teachers, administrators, and parents. They asked a lot of situational questions as well as my views on inclusion and collaboration and that sort of thing.

My first interview at my school was a district level. My second interview was building level. They will probably ask you certain things relative to the class or classes they have u in mind for. For example, my interview was geared towards a life skills class. However the principal also asked me questions about inclusion as I had a chance to teach that too.
