I need your help
Let's face facts. I'm fat. I need to go on a diet. I need to exercise more. I'm starting a new job on Monday. Work hours are 8-5. the gym route didn't work for me. Help me please.
Any suggestions?
I did WW twice. The first time with no exercise I lost about 25 lbs... The second time going to the gym 5 days a week I lost NOTHING. Yes I gained muscle but I have that to begin with. I'm just getting frustrated.

If you don't have time for the gym- you should try the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred DVD. 20 very intense minutes a day... Circuits of strength, cardio and abs. There is a thread on it on this board. Everyone seems to love it. I love the fact that it's only 20 minutes
